Take Action To Keep Elián Free   1  The most important thing you can do is to sign the petition in defense of the rights of Elián Gonzalez If you are an American citizen please sign the below petition. Copies will be sent to your U.S. government  representatives. DO IT NOW!   2  The second most important thing you can do is to write the government officials in your district.  Let your congressman know what you think by voicing your displeasure using the Center for the Moral Defense of Capitalism's legislative action center to write to your member of congress. Speak out when you can.   3  Sign up for are online mailing list, to keep informed of events surrounding the Elián Gonzalez case. All e-mails will be kept for our use and will not be sold to 'spammers'.   4  Print out our poster and place it on the bulletin boards of your company and schools. We have a brand new poster to post which you can print out and post on your school or company's bulletin board. It is 8 x 11, but you can blow it up with a copier to 11 x 17.  The poster is available in Acrobat Reader's PDF format (which you can download for free from here).   5  Recommend this site to at least five of your friends.  Make sure to tell them to sign the petition. You can also put up our link on your homepage. You can also announce our site on news groups (where appropriate).
